| Each Spring, the Department of Horticulture at Penn State University offers a gardening conference called Garden Forum, designed to meet the needs and
interest of new and experienced gardeners.
Consumers who attend this event learn about container gardening, roses,
water gardening, site selection, bulbs, selecting plants for the shade
garden and so much more.
